2. Services

Thai Massage And Fitness provides massage therapy, facial treatments, lash services, nail services, and related wellness treatments. All services are provided by licensed and certified professionals.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or phone
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 4 hours notice

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash and mobile money payments
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Package deals must be paid in full at time of booking
• Refunds are not provided for completed services

5. Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications
• Pregnant clients must inform us before booking massage services
• We reserve the right to refuse service if health conditions pose risks
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings
• Follow all hygiene and safety protocols

6. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Liability

Thai Massage And Fitness is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from treatments, except in cases of proven negligence. Clients participate in treatments at their own risk.
